Is there a trial or free version?
Yes, every user gets 120 free minutes within the first 72 hours. Try before you commit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can adjust your plan at renewal or with approval; additional hours are prorated.
What if I exceed my allocated hours?
Overage is billed at $X per additional hour (or you will need to upgrade plan).
Is my data safe & private?
Absolutely. We encrypt your voice data in transit and do not store your conversations long term (except transcripts if you choose).
Can I use InteractMet in meetings, webinars, classes?
Yes, it works in one-on-one calls or multi-user meetings.
How accurate is the translation?
Very high. Our AI has been trained on large datasets and adapts contextually. Still, it’s always improving.
